We found this amazing stuff at the Cumberland Farmer’s Market about a month ago, and I cannot get over how amazing it really is. In fact, to put it in perspective… I had given up coffee for good this past January. Switched to herbal tea, I did. Then as spring hit, I even stopped with the tea. But when I tried this coffee, I was all over it like a fat kid on a Smartie. I have now re-developed a ridiculous addiction to coffee. And gladly so. This coffee has life and character. The flavours are distinct, robust and varied. I’ve found the Sumatra and Nicaraguan varieties to be very much up my alley, but Paul has beans from all over the place to suit your particular tastes. Speaking of Paul, you could not find a nicer entrepreneur anywhere. You can order from him via phone or email and he will deliver. He roasts the beans himself, which is why they taste so GOOD. He knows an awful lot about the stuff and can point out beans you ought to try based on your current tastes.
